You are bidding on a PAIR OF DATED 1952 RED RYDER PLAYMATES CHILD SIZED COWBOY GLOVES WHICH COME TO YOU IN PRISTINE MINT CONDITION COMPLETE WITH THE TAGS NEVER HAVING BEEN WORN. Talk about RARE!!! This may well be the ONLY pair of NEVER WORN Red Ryder cowboy gloves in existance! These gloves, which are marked as being for 'Size 4-7 years', are PERFECT and look just like they came from the factory back when Eisenhower was in the White House. No mustiness...no odors. On the reverse of the yellow Red Ryder tag are the ordering instructions for obtaining a Red Ryder Fighting Cowboy Sheriff Badge and/or a Red Ryder Fighting Cowboy Honor Club Banner (both for a whopping TEN CENTS). And, also on the reverse is the information for a Red Ryder contest in which "48 ponies (will) be given away" and the warning to hurry up and enter as the contest closes at midnight on March 31, 1952! That makes these mint condition cowboy gloves st least 56 years old.
