This is an original, vintage boxing photo showing the famous American Mexican lightweight champion boxer, JIMMY CARTER, covers up from punches trown by challenger GEORGE ARAUJO, during their title bout, dated 06-12-1953, in New York. Carter retainh his crown by TKO. The photo is in EXCELLENT condition and is credited to INP with a paper summary on the back. It measures 7 x 9 inches. Please see the second photo showing the back.
