Trifari Coronation Jewels Orb BroochRoyal Trifari Orb brooch was part of the Trifari coronation jewels made in 1953 to commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Based on the royal orb which is part of the British Crown jewels. The orb/globe pin features 2 piece construction: a weighty dimensional gold-plated orb with milgrain, channel-set faux pearl, sapphire blue and ruby red baguette rhinestones, topped with a gemset emerald green square-cut and pave accented crown. You will find the signature "Trifari" with a crown over the "T". This lovely orb brooch is featured in the book `Fabulous Fakes` page 182.Good vintage condition with a bit of tarnish to the gold orb.
