This is a used 1953 "All Steel" Zippo lighter. The front is engraved with the Vintage Indian Head Pontiac logo and Tony Ditz Pontiac, Olympic 1-2626, Cleveland 2, Ohio. The steel case and original stainless steel insert has the Zippo 2517191 full stamp with the large PAT. PEND. This 1953 was the first model that Zippo started using the registered trademark subscript as part of the bottom logo. This Zippo is in super nice condition for an all steel model. The case does not have any major scratches or dents. The hinge has some play and functions properly. The steel insert fits nice and snug and has a very strong large hump cam spring, full wick, hollow flint wheel rivet, and the flint tube is open and has no obstructions.
