This is the beautiful 1954 18" Nancy Ann Style Show doll #2903 Dinner Dance. She is a hard plastic walker with no offensive odors. Her walking mechanism works very well. Her costume is in very good condition despite its 61 years of age. The gown has no stains or tears. The blue color of the embroidered tulle half skirt and full length tulle skirt has faded. Her bodice still shows some of the blue color. The taffeta underskirt and hoop petticoat has no stains, tears or pin holes. The hoop petticoat has a little curl due to storage. The rabbit fur cape has two 1/2" tears near the edge of the lower back and is not too noticeable with the overlapping fur. The cape has its original silk lining in excellent condition as well as the original pearl button and loop attachment. Underneath the hoop petticoat are panties edged in lace, hose, and shoes in very good condition for its years. Her lovely blonde hair is in its original elegant chignon. Vintage Alice blue silk flowers in organza trim her chignon enhancing her beautiful blue eyes and costume. She still has very vivid coloring in her face with lovely large blue eyes that open and close nicely with full eyelashes, smoky eyeshadow and red lips. She is a real beauty and all ready for display.
