Darling Ginny as Gretel from the story book couple of Hansel & Gretel. This auction is for Gretel only, Hansel is listed in a separate auction. Gretel is a painted lash walker made by Vogue in 1954. She is 8 inches tall, all hard plastic, jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips with a working walking mechanism. She has a blond wig styled in braids in great condition, painted lashes and brows that are faded and blue sleep eyes that are stuck in the open position. There are also some pink marks on the torso from the outfit. Her outfit is tagged, all original and appears to be complete including her hat, shoes and socks. The outfit is in excellent condition although the white parts are not bright white any more. While not mint this little girl is in great original condition and appears to have been un-played with.
