~~ ELNA ~~ Supermatic 1956 Model An excellent vintage 1956 (Built 22 March 1956) sewing machine made by Elna of Switzerland. One owner. It saw occasional gentle home use in the late 50's and 60's but has not been used much in recent years. It is in excellent, very clean condition and was serviced by professionals every few years until recently. It comes with a case that doubles as a table. It runs and operates very smooth and quiet. We did sew a quick sample, so it does work. We recommend having professionals service machine. It is a model Type 722010. It has a functioning knee activated control rather than the foot pedal. This is a very sturdy machine and was made back when metal was used and not plastic. It comes with 20 Cams, 9 Bobbins, several specialty Foot attachments, over 20 new sewing machine needles in five packages each package appears to be a different size, Manual and original tools. Including an Original Elna Darning Foot and Greist Ruffler (pictured) . The Case is included and it comes with a good power chord that is not cracked and is still very flexible. Since there may be unforeseen problems we are selling this machine as-is and no returns. Please feel free to ask questions and request more pictures.
