1957 RCA Victor 8-BT-8JE AM transistor radio works, serviced, re-capped Vintage RCA Victor 8-BT-8JE AM radio is working very good, tunes in many stations in my area, cosmetic condition is excellent, no chip, no cracks, clean, no dust, some light scratches from regular use, some plastic discoloration . Ivory and dark gray plastic case and gold front tuning wheel are great. Battery connector was converted to standard modern snap on 9V battery clip . So radio can use regular 9V battery. Hard to find this small and cute radio in such a good condition from 1957! The dimensions are 5.5 x 3 x 1.5 inch. I replaced ALL capacitors with new matched and the radio sounds good now.
