This item up for auction is a Vintage 1957 Zippo "Patriot-News 1957 Friendship Tour Of Europe Harrisburg Pennsylvania" Lighter in the original Box (has NO Instruction Manual or Pamphlet with it) that I acquired out of a local household where it had been in storage for a very long time, just as I got it and just what you will see in my pictures! The Box has some light rub and wear and some age yellowing and spotting, light scratching, scuffing, corner-bruising, etc.., still structurally sound, still views pretty well, and definitely better then no box at all! PLEASE READ! As far as I can tell, the Lighter itself was never fired or used at all, and most likely never even taken out of the box until I took it out for my pictures, that being said, it is NOT capable of lighting as it is right now, the flicking wheel is tight and won't turn, it appears to be corroded tight to the flint from long time storage, but should be a pretty easy fix, some lighter fluid, a little lubricant and a new flint should fix it right up, it has some light surface rust/corrosion/tarnish mainly on the inside (see 10th and 11th pictures), otherwise, it has no signs of wear or usage with very minimal factory made tiny marks, nicks and light scratches, scrapes and scuffs, nothing very major or distracting for an unused Lighter this old, all of which you should read more
