The following information is to educate you on our tube testing equipment and to assure you that our test equipment is calibrated. Life is a constant upgrade. at Vintage Amp and Radio Tubes we recently upgraded our test equipment. We have added a Mint Hickok 539B Laboratory Grade Tube tester to our Tube Testing arsenal. With this tester we feel that we can be even more transparent in the quality the tubes we offer. This tester was recently cleaned and calibrated. To verify this calibration we have included a photo essay showing our calibration validation test. This test was performed on July 24th 2009 using a 6L6 Hickok 5000gm Calibration Tube as a reference point. We set the tester to the specified settings and the results were 5100gm from our 5000gm tube.
