Here is a vintage 1959 souvenir Jerry Lewis Bowling Champion tin plaque. From the 1959 Strike out Muscular Dystrophy bowling tournament sponsored by Jerry Lewis. The plaque is made of tin & measures 4-3/16" high x 3-3/4" wide. It features am image of Jerry Lewis with his signature & the seal for the Muscular Dystrophy Association at the top. In nice condition with the exception of some pressure marks on the top corners (where the holes are) from screws. Please see pictures for details & appearance.
