VINTAGE 1959 Walt Disney "THE SHAGGY DOG" SUNDAY NEWSPAPER COMIC STRIPS Please note! This group is missing three strips (I believe) from the story! A grouping of FOURTEEN (14) Sunday Newspaper comic strips from the "Walt Disney's Treasury of Classics" series, all of which tell the story of Disney's "The Shaggy Dog" in an illustrated format. The Disney film version starred Fred MacMurray, Annette Funicello, Tommy Kirk and many others. "Walt Disney's Treasury of Classics" was a long-running Sunday newspaper comic series that serialized Disney movies. This "Shaggy Dog" series ran from January to April of 1959. This set is unfortunately MISSING three dates to complete the story; otherwise the series is all t Each appears to have been carefully cut-out of the Sunday comic section and nicely stored. Size of each strip is about 10" x 14". Condition: some overall aging; a few edge dings and handling but the strips are otherwise in nicer shape; very-good plus. No Reserve!
