This NO RESERVE auct ion is a BUILT original issue vintage old AMT (#11160) 1960 FORD CONVERTIBLE MILDLY CUSTOMIZED 1/25 scale plastic model kit including original box and instructions. The door handles and body scripts have been shaved/sanded off. The spotlights, side pipes, skirts, and continental kit are other non-stock options (maybe the hubcaps too). The passenger side skirt has come off but is present. The interior appears to be stock. The windshield frame, vent window frames, and sun visors are straight with no observed cracks or breaks. The model appears to have been assembled years ago with care as I see no obvious glue mistakes/damage anywhere including the clear plastic windshield. The paint is far from professional quality but does display nicely. Upon close inspection paint imperfections are evident. The side body trim and windshield frame are nicely painted silver. The box is firm and solid but does show shelf wear. The model will be carefully packaged for shipping but other parts may come off during shipping due to the age of the model.
