This is one of the 12 stamps issued in 1960 featuring Chinese goldfish. This one is the "Pearl Scaled Goldfish" which has the number "38.12-5" in the bottom left hand corner. It's Stanley Gibbons number is sg1915, item (5) in the set list. On first inspection I thought this was a mint stamp, but now I'm not sure. There is possibly a cancellation mark in the top right quarter coming under the fishes chin, so I'm listing it as used. It has been hinged but is otherwise in good condition. (ref=2-12)
