1960 U.S. Proof Set This is a 1960 Proof Set from the U. S. Mint. You will receive the actual coins shown in the photos and as described herein; 5 coins. This is a very well preserved set of coins that look great. I don't think there's any sign of toning or oxidation on the nickel, dime, or half dollar at all. The obverse of the cent is spectactular with no spotting at all, however the reverse shows darkened areas on the rim. The quarter only shows the slightest spot in the field in front of President Washington's nose, but I don't think that even shows up in the photos for this listing. There are no marks on the coins; anything you see in the photos that appear to show scuffing is on the cellophane, not the coins. The cellophane remains intact. The cent is a 1960 Large Date. The cellophane wrapping is obviously original from the mint. The envelope, cards and note from the Mint seem original as well, although I wasn't the original purchaser/owner from the mint. The envelope is in reasonably good shape. The envelope, cards, and note from the Mint are faded / aged. You may return the coins within 30 days if not completely satisfied.
