The case has an excellent shine and is cosmetically in excellent condition. The glass on all four sides is likewise in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, nicks or scratches.Until recently, this clock was keeping perfect time. However, it has stopped after decades of usage, and appears to require long-overdue servicing (i.e., cleaning and oiling). I have attempted to start is up again, and over the past week, it has worked intermittently, in some instances for two hours, and other instances for 30 minutes. I have it currently running (I started at 6 pm and it is no 9:20 pm). I do believe this will take very minimal work to get it running.This Jaeger-LeCoultre ATMOS Perpetual Motion Clock model - when cleaned and service - will continue to keep precise time for many decades to come.
