Never used embossed Beacon Feeds Cattle Crossing tin metal sign measuring 14 in tall and 18 in wide. Beacon Milling Co. was out of Cayuga, New York and trademarked the beacon lighthouse with the bright light beams in 1962. The trademark was not renewed in 2005. Original packing paper was still on this sign. I had to gently wash it off. This sign was used as a cattle crossing caution sign. Lower right hand corner states "Scioto Sign - Kenton O. ". Scioto (pronounced Sigh - OH - Toe) has been around for over 100 years and still makes signs today. Has 6 original mounting holes. The very far left edge has very slight crazing. This is why I've labeled it extra fine to near mint condition. An amazing like new orange and white advertising sign. No bends or dents. Sign lays flat. The back of the sign is in excellent shape. A mid 1960's sign. Shipping will be 11.00 to the lower 48 states. More to Alaska and Hawaii. Will NOT SHIP this sign to other countries. Please ask questions before bidding. I will be glad to answer any concerns. I will cover the postal insurance. I prefer Paypal but will gladly accept other forms of payment. I mostly sell older used advertising items. Most are in decent used condition. I do my best to describe items but if you do receive an item you are not happy with please contact me first and I'll do everything possible read more
