For those who appreciate the fine-quality guilloche enamel work of Evans, here's a novelty: a bracelet of enameled orbs. Gold-plated bead caps alternate with textured metal beads layered with lustrous emerald green enamel. In the guilloche technique, the underlying metal is stamped or engraved with a design which is visible through the translucent baked enamel finish. I have only seen one previous example of this unique jewelry material. The beads are highly reflective and lightweight. The bracelet closes with a fold-over clasp and also has a fine gold-filled safety chain with spring ring. The Evans oval tag dangles from the clasp. The enamel brings to mind the work of several "real jewelry" makers and will surely garner many a compliment. This 1960's era bracelet is 8" long however the beads lift off the wrist so it fits more like a 7 1/4-1/2" would. It is in excellent, undamaged condition.
