This 1960's Sportflite tandem bicycle was purchased for me as a birthday present through Sears Roebuck. I have had the bicycle since it was new. The bicycle is the red with white accent stripes and lettering. The high handles on the front and low on the back allowed for easier steering for the driver. It has always been stored inside but has not been ridden in 30 years until this posting. We aired the tires, which are still holding the air pressure and rode it around the block. The one block ride found it to operate correctly. The normal age wear is evident but the paint shines and the seats are in good condition. I did not clean the bike so it could be viewed in the condition it has been in for years. I will be happy to answer any questions. Please do not bid if you cannot arrange for shipping/pick up. You can arrange shipping via their website or by calling their 800 number. I will be happy to secure the bicycle to a pallet for shipping (I can place some padding between the bicycle and the pallet).
