These presentation sets were created by PCS (Postal Commemorative Society). The coins are circulated In good shape have been clean but not that bad, each one comes with a lot neat information of each year. Would make a great Birthday present for some one that you don't know what to get them. The Half dollar, the quarter, and dime are silver. The coins are pretty much held firmly in place but they could come loose in shipping, had 1 do that but with a little time I got it back in.
