From the Introduction: "Farm Management is a game designed for farmers young and old alike, and for those who would like to know more about farming." Sold at International Harvester Farmall dealerships in the early 1960s to promote better farm management and (obviously) their line of tractors and implements. The game itself looks very detailed and I'd love to play a few games if I had the heart to punch the pieces from their sheets. I'll leave that up to you to decide. You can buy (or get a loan) for IH tractors, plows, combines, seeders, and various other implements. All which have their own color token. Or maybe you'd be wiser to invest in a barn addition and some dairy cows. It looks like a very open play environment. Just like farming there's a little luck involved (you spin a rather complex counter for harvest results), or you could have equipment break down (at which point you can trade in the IH Blue Ribbon you earned by investing in preventive maintenance), but mostly this looks like a game of skill and wise farm management. Just really cool and I wish Ford (my personal brand of tractor) had a similar promotion from that era.
