1962 Amazing Fantasy published by Atlas Publications, which MARVEL COMICS acquired later. August #15 Amazing Fantasy Introducing " SPIDER-MAN" . Comic is in Good Condition, Front Cover detached at bottom staple, has moderate stress lines and moderate tears at staples, 3" tear at center spine and on page 1 previous owner's name on left margin near bottom. Çover still retains some gloss and pages are lite brown but not brittle. Back Cover moderate soiling and 2 tears at spine 1-1/2" & 1" & 3 tears at left edge 2" & 2 - 1" . Can see tape residue at top and bottom at spine. Starting at Centerfold to back page some water marks at top edge of pages, Centerfold is secure and staples intact which show some discoloration.
