1962 Walt Disney MaGiC KiNgDoM DISNEYLAND USA MAP This map was stored in our garage in a box for many years. It is an authentic Disneyland USA Magic Kingdom map, in full color, showing the entire park as it was in 1962. It definitely shows a much different Disneyland then the one of today! After all, this map is 45 years old. T is a very nice light blue border around the map with many Disney characters of the period appearing for 'flavor'. Tinkerbell is prominent and of course, Walt Disney is t also, with a message about Disneyland. The colors are all still vibrant. The Coming Attractions marked with an X are some of today's favorites. The present Tomorrowland looks nothing like the one on this map! It is fun to see all the changes that have occurred over the years. See My Pictures. The main fold at the center shows the most wear, with a couple of tiny holes on major cross fold lines. These could be taped on the back. T is a tear on the tent in Holidayland [no longer t], which is hard to see if not looking for it. T is a stain on the back that is barely noticeable from the front, at the railroad covered bridge. The ends of the right corners have been torn away, but do not interfere with the blue border around the map. The left corners each have a tack hole and tape marks. When opened, this measures 30" X 44.5". When you receive it, it will be folded to 8" X 15". The overall condition on this map is 7 on a scale, if 10 were perfect.
