This listing is for a Team Signed Baseball from the 1963 Season for the Cincinnati Reds. This team had several up and coming players, but their season record for the year was 5th place with a 86-76 record. Of note for this year was Pete Rose was named Rookie of the Year and Johnny Edwards earned the Golden Glove Award - both of those players signed this ball! Among the signatures on the ball are: Fred Hutchinson, Dick Sisler, Jim Coates, Joey Jay, Jim Maloney, Joe Nuxhall, Jim O'Toole, Bob Purkey, John Tsitouris, Al WOrthington, Dom Zanni, Johnny Edwards, Gene Green, Don Blasingame, Leo Cardenas, Gordy Coleman, Gene Freese, Eddie Kasko, Marty Keough, Charlie Neal, Don Pavletich, Pete Rose, Vada Pinson, Frank Robinson, Ken Walters and others.Great piece of hard to find baseball history, nicely encased in a plastic display case.
