One of my favorites, the Accent Hair version of the 1964 Proof Kennedy Half. There's a story behind this variety, which adds to the fun of owning one of these. And now at the 50 yr mark, the first year of the series takes on a special significance. Of course 2013 was the anniversary of the slaying of our President on Nov 22, 1963, and I certainly remember that moment and where I was, just like most of us alive that year. So back to the coin. PF67 is a really good grade for 1964 Proof Kennedy, and this coin is just shy of that grade. Usually you can see without magnification what the issue is. I've had NGC and PCGS grade hundreds of Kennedys, and seen quite a few examples. I have sitting in front of me a totally white (meaning coated in PVC) Kennedy Accent Hair that NGC refused to grade that can directly from an original Proof set. I have examples graded as low as PF64 Accent Hair. In the case of this coin, I believe the imperfection is a very small dot off the chin, not sure if it's visible in the picture. It is very small. Both obverse and reverse have a very slight cameo appearance. I certainly back up my description with a 14-day money back guarantee.
