This is a victoreen radiological survey meter for detecting high levels of radiation. This is item no. cd-v-715 model no. 1b. serial no. 11072. This item is new and in the original box. Also included original instruction manual (even original dessicant pack to ensure dryness). I don't know much about this other than I found it in my Dad's stuff. It works with a D-cell battery. Any specific questions I will do my best to answer.
