Vintage 1965 Phillips 3-speed English bicycle built by Raleigh. The Phillips brand name along with several others were acquired by Raleigh in 1960. The bike is classic black with white accents. There are some nicks and scrapes in the paint. All chrome is in very good condition. The standover height is 30 1/2" with a 21" seat tube. The rims are by Dunlop with tires in fair condition. Comes with a NOS chainguard just installed. This classic bike shifts, brakes and rides well. Just out of dry storage from a collection of English bikes. You will receive what is pictured. Shipping is available on this bike. Cost of shipping is less east of the Mississippi River. Local pickup is also available in Gloucester County, Southern New Jersey. Drive a little, save a lot.
