VOGUE'S BOOK OF HOUSES,GARDENS PEOPLE Description Vogue's Book of Houses, Gardens, People The Viking Press, New York, 1968 edition, 9 1/2" x 12 3/4", 195 pages Over 200 photographs in color by Horst. Introduction by Diana Vreeland with text by Valentine Lawford. Vintage oversize hardcover book with dust jacket. Beige cloth boards clean with mild rubbing edgewear and soil. Corners are good, not really bumped. Interior pages are mildly tanned, I see no markings other than what appears to be a signature of Desmond Guinness on the page describing his castle. Top page edges have spots, bottom page edges have rubs.Drying glue loosening front fly leaf and first blank page.Title page has a sticker from Lauriet's Books in Boston. Dust jacket not price clipped, sunned spine, interior mild tanning and foxing,top edge small chips and tears,flaps creased. Please see photos for more details on condition and content.
