You are bidding on a 1968 Washington D.C. motorcycle license plate. T he plate would grade E by ALPCA standards. Member of ALPCA #10058, Wisconsin DLPCC #91, Kansas KLPCA #238. Please see my other license plates up for sale this week on Ebay. I do offer combined shipping for all of my auctions, but please wait till I (not Ebay) send you a combined invoice before paying. Incorrect invoices, i.e. partial payments or full shipping amounts, will not be accepted if you want shipping discounts. I will hold payments for buyers wishing to combine their purchases to save on shipping for up to 2 weeks, but please let me know if you wish to do this.
