1969-70 Stanley Cup Champion Boston Bruins Wayne Carleton Game-Used Stick Team-Signed by 20, Including Orr, Esposito, Bucyk & Cheevers

Pricing & History
Bobby Orr and Phil Esposito are among the 20 members of the 1969-70 Stanley Cup champion Boston Bruins who have signed Wayne Carleton's game-used stick. Nicknamed "Swoop", Carleton was acquired from Toronto midway through the season and he was the first member of the Bruins to reach Orr after the legendary defenseman scored his iconic Cup-winning goal on St. Louis' Glenn Hall 40 seconds into overtime in Game 4. Bucyk and Cheevers have also signed for a total of 4 HOFers whose signatures appear along the front of the shaft of Carleton's Sher-Wood gamer along with those of Carleton, McKenzie, Stanfield, Westfall, Dallas Smith, Lorentz, Awrey, Marcotte, Johnston, Doak, Speer, Lesuk, among others. Derek Sanderson has simply signed "Turk". The black marker signatures are clearly legible and remain bold with expected lightening. Game-used stick has #11 stamped on the top of shaft just below Carleton's original tape job on the knob. "Carleton" is hand-written in black marker on the face of the shaft and Wayne's original tape job of a few strands of black bulldog tape remains on the blade. The stick remains in absolutely wonderful condition with puck marks offering evidence of game use. A superb piece for a Bruins/Stanley Cup shrine.
