Here is a 1970's vintage Astrad transistor radio, made in USSR. Condition It is in very good condition full working order with no broken, cracked, chipped, missing or repaired parts. It has been very well cared for and hardly used. It has no scratches or marks to the case apart from a few tiny light scratches on the underside. It has the aerial and the dials all work correctly. The sound is loud and bright with no crackling from the volume and all the stations can be found. The case has no tears or marks and the press studs work as good as new, it has only a tiny bit of wear to the the black leather on the edges. It is all clean from a smoke free home, a beauty. Description The radio is a medium size portable, made in the USSR, it is a Astrad model no F3TR9-R302. It has LW, MW AND VHF. It has a black plastic case with a grey front grille that has a silver border /edge. The tuning window has the bands running down the right hand side and the tuning dial is on the top right hand corner, the on/off volume dial is on the left hand side . It has aerial on the top that extends and lays flat when not needed. On the back there is the switch to choose the frequencies. The case is made from thick leather with press studs on the back to hold it closed and a carry strap on the top. On the back of the radio it says F3TR9-R302 9 transistors, read more
