Over all good condition. No major dents or scratches. There is patina on the bells from age. It does not work, you cannot wind it up, but you can change the time. It is marked West Germany on the face of the clock and also on the back of it. It is also marked on the top Vantage. You are buying it as it is, as I am afraid to attempt any cleaning of this until it has been looked at by a professional for restoration.
