***ZIPPO LIGHTER*** We're helping a friend down-size some stuff he's had tucked away since the death of his partner a while back....he says "It's time to let go."....so be sure to check out all our newly listed items. This is a Zippo slim lighter from 1972. It's got a Thunderbird logo on it and the words "U.S. AIR FORCE" and " THUNDERBIRDS ". It's been used, and t are some light surface scratches, but it's still in very good condition. I usually ship via USPS Priority mail, as I have had bad luck with UPS Ground in the past. UPS usually stacks heavy things on top of each other in their hubs resulting in smashed packages, and heartache. Remember the longer an item is in transit and the more handling they get the more likely they will be broken, so in my humble opinion, USPS Priority mail is the way to go!! Shipping supplies can be expensive, so to help with our expenses, we add $1.00 handling ($2.00 for international) to every auction, rather than figuring what each auction would actually cost. We'll be happy to combine any of the currently listed auctions to help you save on the shipping/handling. IF WE HAVEN'T LISTED THIS ITEM WITH A "BUY-IT-NOW" OPTION, PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO REVISE IT..... This is why Priority Mail is better as it is handled much less and is in transit for less time.
