These 1974's are truly one of a kind, and offer a unique look that you will not see everyday, yet is still 100% Mustang. The car is smaller than its gargantuan 1973 predecessor, even smaller in some dimensions than the original 1965. "All new from road to roof" is the only accurate way to describe the '74 Mustang. Engineers at the time were asked to create the most beautiful automobile interior they could and the result was a tremendous attention to detail rarely seen in any automobile, foreign or domestic. In an October, 1972, article about the car, Competition Press & Autoweek summed it up perfectly when they wrote , "The biggest automotive news in 1974 is going to be the new Mustangs. There'll be Toyotas and Datsuns with Wankels, and all-new big Mercedes...new full-sized Chryslers, Dodges and Plymouths... Leather does show some minor wear on the drivers side seat (see pics) Transmission is a 4-speed manual shift Engine is the first of its kind 140.5 cubic inch, overhead cam, four , rated for regular petrol gas All interior lights work, all blinkers blink, all speakers play. Original Rims and Tires tires have great tread Original full sized spare tire in the trunk! Comes with aftermarket CD player, not the original radio unit.
