The 1975 Cincinnati Reds - a ten-figurine masterpiece depicting one of the greatest teams in Major League Baseball History. The 1975 Cincinnati Reds - is meticulously painted by hand, and is available exclusively from the Danbury Mint. Highlights of the historic season by the "Big Red Machine" include: Posted a Major League best 108-54 regular season record Swept the Pittsburg Pirates in the National League Championship Series Beat the Boston Red Sox in seven games to win the first of back-to-back World Series titles The offense was led by NL MVP Joe Morgan, Johnny Bench and Pete Rose The Reds contributed 5 All-Stars to the 1975 NL team: Bench, Dave Concepcion, Morgan, Tony Perez and Rose Led the NL in walks (691) and runs scored (840); were second in hits (1,515), doubles (278); were third in HR (124) and team ERA (3.37) Manager Sparky Anderson, Bench, Morgan and Perez would all be inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame This ten-figurine masterpiece has a 29" long wood base; each figure is 6" tall and the members depicted from left to right are: Don Gullett Cesar Geronimo Dave Concepcion George Foster Tony Perez Johnny Bench Joe Morgan Ken Griffey Sr. Pete Rose Sparky Anderson
