This is a 1976 Canadian $100 Olympic gold coin in the uncirculated version still in the original packaging. This is a 14K gold coin with a weight of 13.4 grams, giving an actual fine gold weight of 1/4 ounce. It is one of three of these 1/4 ounce coins up for auction simultaneously. I also have three of the 1/2 ounce proof versions up right now. Please check those out if you are interested in more gold. Beautiful bullion coin and good opportunity to add some gold to your collection before the price goes up even more than its present all-time high of $1560 per ounce.
