Please pay for item within two days of winning bid. For your consideration is a first day issue, 2 dollar note, stamped with postage stamp. My dad worked at the post office and stamped this as well as a 13 cent postage stamp, from South Williamsport, Pa. The bill is very crsipy, I do not believe it has been used.
