1976 Gottlieb Surf Champ This Machine has been restored and gone over to make sure everything is in perfect working order. This is NOT a shopped machine. ”Shopped” just means they slapped some wax on the playfield, replaced some lights and rubbers and made it to look pretty until you get it home. This is so much MORE!! Reliability is key for homeowner satisfaction in a pinball machine. The only way to achieve true reliability is to address the entire machine. Anything less will lead to ultimate frustration and dissatisfaction and endless expense in repairs. THE CABINET The cabinet has been striped, repaired, and re-painted to like new condition. All legs and adjuster feet and been replaced with band new ones. This machine has the original backglass and only has very minor flaking. It has been sealed to prevent future paint loss. Both coin mechs. have been gone over and are in perfect working order. THE PLAYFIELD The playfield is in excellent condition, and only had some minor touch up work done and sealed to make it look its best. I took pictures of the touch up so you can see for yourself. There is also an area under the right flipper that is discolored from the flipper rubbing the playfield at some point in the games life.
