Up for auction is this excellent, rare 1976 Janex Bugs Bunny D.J. Phonograph in its original box and in working condition.This phonograph comes with its carrot microphone, its 45 adapter, its battery cover and cover for the carrot compartment, all in its original box. The battery compartment is clean and bright!This is in truly remarkable condition for its age. The only defect noted was the foam material w the record sets is becoming brittle and is coming apart. I could find no chips, cracks or stains. T is a very small amount of paint missing on the tip of Bugs' nose and small tiny spots on his headphones, but again only noticeable upon close examination. If this was ever used, it was done so very lightly. The plastic hinge covers barely shows any wear, which is consistent of The needle is t, takes 4 "D" batteries, has an off/on/volume control knob and a slow/fast setting switch. The microphone plugs in the side. It plays 33's and 45's.The box, which is in great condition, reads, Bugs Bunny Big Sounder D.J.
