1976 Shogun Warriors Mazinga 24" Complete! #281-285-453 1976 Vintage Mattel Shogun Warriors Mazinga First Release complete with Original Box & all accessories! This Invincible Guardian of World Freedom is in VERY nice condition and is COMPLETE in his original box including his 14 missiles (hard red with white triangular fins), removable spaceship/brain, 2 swords, directions , and original Mattel limited warranty. He is in very solid physical shape with bright colors. His missile launching devices are fully functional and ready to whoop a small nation. Mazinga stands about 23 1/2" tall. Originally envisioned by Go Nagai, the Shogun Warriors blasted into popularity in the mid-1970s along with their fellow Shogun Warrior toy, Godzilla.
