It has not been punched out.The front: - There is some paper missing from where the blister was - The printing is slightly off-center - There is a price tag on the upper left corner - There is a very slight scuff on the top of the punchThe back: - There is a very small indentation on the middle of the bottom edgePLEASE NOTE: THIS IS FOR THE CARDBACK / BACKING CARD ONLY.
