1978 Made In Japan Poynter Windy and Her Little Ash Tray #409 The ash tray device is in FAIR to Good Condition. It works fine, blowing out a match, but the figurine is not secured to the mechanism. A dab of glue would fix that if desired. Windy's hair also has a tendancy to go forward in her face. The box is in Very Good Condition. There is some print loss and modest wear to exposed parts. Check Out The Video The hair is being held in place with a small rubber band. Left side is similar. Back is similar. The "bottom" of the figurine and the unit needs to be secured.
