You are buying a Norman Rockwell plate called the Cobbler. The plate is a 1978 with a plate # 18, 169A of the only limited edition of the cobbler by Norman Rockwell, second in the Rockwell Heritage Collection. It ws hand made in a limited edition permanently closed in 1978 by Knowles and certified as a " true Rockwell Classic" by the Rockwell Society of America.
