Includes instructions.The lights and sound do not work. The solar panel attached, however, not securely due to age. Hatch opens smoothly, lever raises seat and ejection of the solar panels work great.Overall, a very nice item. Item is sold as is.Payment and shipping:Paypal is the only form of accepted payment.
