My name is David Garlick, and I am a Case XX USA knife collector selling my personal collection because of advancing age. I am also the BladeMaster on the web site , which lists over 14,500 Case pocket knife variations and is dedicated solely to the Case pocket knife collector. This is the proof knife for the historical accuracy of the listing on that site, and comes with a COA to that effect. You can see this exact knife on the site. I open each auction at $.99 with no reserve. Up for bids is a 1979 64052 3 1/2" Medium Congress. Both of the large blades have a 1979 stamp. The handles are pretty brown jigged bone. There are no cracks or chips in the handles. The handles show some very nice highlights. The blades are polished chrome vanadium steel. All four blades have a concave grind. The blades snap open and closed. The original sharpening grind is still present. There are some opening rubs on the blades. Using the condition grading system from my web site 1= New, 2=Used (but not visibly worn),3=Worn, 4= Broke, this knife is a 1. In order to be a 1+, the knife would need the box. However, these early Case pocket knives were packed 6 to a box, so there isn't one. and looking. I will be happy to combine shipping. If I have misrepresented the knife, return it within 7 days for a full refund, including shipping. If you change read more
