This authentic Department 56 Original Snow Village set of 4 ceramic accessories was displayed with our Christmas Snow Village for a few holiday seasons and then stored away. This set was originally purchased at a florist/gift shop in Chicago, Illinois. Department 56 first introduced "Carolers," Item #5064-1, in 1979. The set was retired in 1986. Department 56 Item #5064-1 One black lamppost with greenery; red ribbon trim; yellow "lamp" portion; white snow mound. One "couple" with white snow; yellow hair; red/green/white dress, white bonnet and muff; tan coat, red scarf, black hat and shoes; black eyes/eye brows and red mouth; white music book with black trim. One child with white snow; yellow hair; black coat/shoes/hat and red scarf; black eyes/eye brows and red mouth; white music book with black trim. One snowman with white/blue snow; red scarf and black hat; black eyes/mouth and gold nose; yellow broom. Approximate measurements: LAMPPOST: 5" high x 2-1/4" wide x 1-5/8" deep; COUPLE: 2-3/4" high x 2-1/8" wide x 1-3/8" deep; CHILD: 2-1/2" high x 1" wide x 1-9/16" deep; SNOWMAN: 2-1/8" high x 1-3/4" wide x 1-3/16" deep. All figurines have a few tiny spots of stray paint from the crafting process and a few small spots which missed the glaze during the crafting process.
