1980 MINI CLUBMAN 1100 cc Unleaded Full 12 months MOT This car has been in the family for over 12 years, will be very sad to see it go to a new home, but changes in circumstance force sale. It was my sisters first car, then my dad had it to potter around town , then I had it to keep for weekends etc. I don't know what it is worth, so I will try to list below all the points I can think of, good and bad. New MOT, I had it done last week, just needed a steering rack boot. no advisory's issued. Currently on sorn. In April I had a rebuilt unleaded cylinder head fitted, including new headgasket and antifreeze New parts I have fitted in the last 12 months include Halogen headlights laminated windscreen, new front and rear rubbers and chrome inserts rear side window seals Interior Headlining New foam cushions in the original seats Custom dashboard off ebay, complete with new speakers, homemade centre console to match. New exhaust and left side front brake cylinders. other positives include working front Lucas '75' spot lights,' hidden' immobilizer switch, CD player, front tyres are like new. Negative points , the original Snapdragon yellow paintwork was very shabby so we roller painted it in single pack acrylic paint over a weekend last summer, it was a cheap option, It tidied up the whole car and made it more presentable, read more
