1976 Gerber Sportsman Custom Signature Series- B Pierce #0295 Jade and Condition is near mint. 100% Jade Inlay, Made by Beck Franklin Pierce Jr. between 1976-1979. BF Pierce as he was known until his passing and burial in Barnwell County OR in 2019Gerber Jade Collector's Knife #0295 is part of a limited edition of engraved hardstone knives. Originally conceived as an annual series of 2000, production problems forced the termination of this issue at below 700. Gerber has since discontinued it's concept of annual hardstone knives. Thus this is the first & last edition.The Sportsman was BF's knife of choice and he always had a special place and just the right touch for every knife he customized and signed.Don't let this rare knife be the missing edge to your collection. Bid now, these knives are the missing link to a well balanced collection.The Sportsman Lock Blade made by Gerber is 9 3/8ths Inches Long Open and 5 1/4 inches closed.
