1981 Bally Midway MS. PAC-MAN Video Game Header Panel! 's an original header for Bally Midway's 1981 MS. PAC MAN arcade video game. This 9" by 23" header is made of thick plastic with the artwork screened on the back. This header is used (it came from a machine) and it has a few small scrapes and scratches on it. Most of these scratches aren't visible from the front, though; they might be visible is the header is installed on a machine. This header would look spectacular if it were framed and proudly displayed on your rec room wall. Even after more than 25 years, many original MS.
