This listing is for a 1984 Case Second Cut Stag Series 5380 Whittler Knife with Engraved Bolsters Near Mint. The knife has not been used or sharpened, but does not have a box. The Second Cut Stag handles look great with no cracks or splits; the front handle has the CASE oval shield. The bolsters have great scroll work. The main blade is etched 1984 CASE SECOND CUT STAG SERIES. The serial number on the blade is stamped 099. The front tang on the main blade is stamped CASE XX 3 dots SS 3 dots USA; the tang on the second blade is stamped 5380 SS; the tang on the third blade is stamped SS. All blades have good snap. The book says the value of the knife is $ 275. The knife measures 3 7/8 inches closed. This would make a great addition to your collection !!!!
